i was born in a little village in afghanistan. i’m part mongolian, part israeli, part this and that and more stuff. i was raised as a shia muslim, i like to learn about all religions and i would actually love to see more people saying happy holidays just for the sake of unity and not to exclude anyone from this awesome time of the year <3
That is amazingly neat!
On the “happy holidays” thing… well, it annoys me too since I’m Jewish, but I don’t get angry. They might be ignorant but they don’t mean anything bad—- they’re just being nice. So who cares? I just try to reply that I’m Jewish in the nicest way possible because really, what’s mean about wishing someone a merry Christmas? Nothing. It’s just slightly ignorant. So people shouldn’t get snapped or glared at for being a bit ignorant—- just educated.

- the food court at the Porter Exchange, which houses Bluefin (probably the best sushi in Cambridge), a great ramen place, and the only two restaurants in Cambridge that serve Japanese curry, Ittyo and Cafe Mami
I have to say… Bluefin sushi is good, but all my Japanese friends tell me how positively shitty it is (along with said “great ramen place” = Sapporo Ramen I believe, which also apparenty sucks for Japanese people).
I think I just have bad taste buds or something.

Hear, hear.
Isn’t it so scary when you know that you’re talking to all these people, millions, billions, and you probably won’t ever meet most of them? I don’t know… it scares the hell out of me. I guess that’s part of why I never want to be famous.
